The exception to the dairy rule, ghee is essentially clarified butter and has no potentially allergenic lactose. So, so good on a Whole Spices and seasonings.
Fruit juices as a sweetener. This is OK on a limited basis.

Pantry staples like spices, vinegar, and flours if used properly. Black coffee or coffee with non-dairy milk is fine on a Whole Grains like rice, corn, wheat, oats, and more are all omitted on a Whole Butter, cheese, milk, ice cream, etc.

Treats, junk foods, or chips. No carrageenan, sulfites, nitrates, or gums. This can be an incredibly healing and beneficial step to take during an AIP diet as it helps cut out excess sugars that lead to inflammation.
